Founded in 2015, Autism, Advocacy, and Intervention (AAI) was born from a deep commitment to ethical standards and better working conditions in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Our founders—a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and his wife, a public school teacher—witnessed firsthand the need for reform. Overwhelmed by caseloads, professionals struggled to provide quality care without sufficient support.

AAI was created as a haven where clients and staff receive the necessary support to thrive, not just survive. From the beginning, our culture has prioritized family values and work-life balance, recognizing that excellent client care begins with a supportive staff environment.

Our mission goes beyond meeting individual needs; it influences the broader community by fostering a new generation of behavior analysts. These skilled practitioners are not only experts in their field but also staunch advocates for ethical practices.

For over a decade, our approach has been successful. AAI maintains a BCBA retention rate in the mid-90th percentile, underscoring our dedication to professional integrity and well-being. Our team, spanning clinical, in-home, and telehealth services, turns challenges into opportunities for growth and learning. We take pride in our RBTs, who receive strong supervisory support and ongoing training, playing a key role in delivering high-quality care.
