At Autism, Advocacy, and Intervention (AAI), the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is more than just a job; it’s a commitment to excellence in the field of applied behavior analysis. Since our inception in 2015, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to both urban and rural communities, pioneering a delivery model that prioritizes accessibility and effectiveness. Our commitment to ethical practice is at the forefront of everything we do, and we take our ethical obligations very seriously.
Many BCBAs at AAI have joined us after facing challenges in other organizations—some were on the verge of giving up on their dreams in this vital field. At AAI, we offer a supportive and nurturing environment where professionals can rediscover their passion for helping others. Proudly, a number of our BCBAs started from the ground up as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), allowing them to build a solid foundation of skills and knowledge. This unique progression ensures that our BCBAs have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by those they supervise and serve.
With a retention rate in the mid-90th percentile, we emphasize professional growth and job satisfaction. Our BCBAs work both in clinics and remotely, extending our reach to diverse communities. This flexibility allows them to maintain a healthy work-life balance while effectively supporting clients in their homes and schools.
At AAI, we view each BCBA as an integral part of our mission to improve the lives of individuals with autism and their families. We promote continuous learning, offering numerous opportunities for professional development and leadership training. Our BCBAs are encouraged to engage in ongoing education, collaborate with peers, and participate in mentorship programs to enhance their careers.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) play a vital role in various settings, providing essential support and guidance to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders. At Autism, Advocacy, and Intervention (AAI), BCBAs can work in diverse environments, including clinics, schools, and clients' homes. Their expertise allows them to design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to each individual's unique needs, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care.
At AAI, we see the role of BCBAs as pivotal in leading Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to success. BCBAs not only supervise RBTs but also mentor them, providing guidance on best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). This mentorship fosters a collaborative environment where RBTs can learn and grow, gaining the confidence and skills necessary to excel in their roles. By cultivating a supportive atmosphere, BCBAs empower RBTs to take ownership of their work, leading to improved outcomes for clients and a more cohesive team dynamic.
